Summary: Great customer services; paid good attention to customer needs. However the property a bit dated and not much facilities for tourists to enjoy like fitness center and executive lounge.

Summary: The property got a long history with great view of Shinano River, conventional design with larger room size comparing to modern hip hotel. Their breakfast is excellent, with a variety of local produce, a must try. Front desk is friendly and helpful, thanks to Mr Chan who initiated to assist in forwarding a delayed package to Tokyo.

Summary: Slightly older hotel. but larger room and very quiet. Quite comfortable and the value of the room was high given the relatively modest cost. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Summary: Clean room but older property. Well located on river with great view. Excellent breakfast with great service. Staff were fantastic in all departments . Close to a Lawson a with microwave and drinks machine and ice on the floor

Summary: Not a bad hotel by any means, it's quite dated and the WiFi was terrible if I'm being honest, however, the location is within walking distance to alot of amenities, the staff is very professional and the breakfast buffet has alot of options for most families.
